Dr. Michele Ramsay has over two decades of educational experience and has risen through the ranks from classroom teacher to school administrator. She has extensive experience in the field of autism and learning differences including curriculum and program development.
Dr. Ramsay has been published in numerous articles, co-authored a book, and has presented at numerous conferences throughout the United States sharing her knowledge and expertise. As Program Director at CIP, Dr. Ramsay is very passionate and serious about her responsibility to provide a safe, friendly, and nurturing environment where all young adults are supported and empowered to meet their goals.
Dr. Ramsay’s motivational leadership coupled with her strong work ethic is backed by an endless commitment to assist young adults on their journey through transitioning to adulthood. Dr. Ramsay has earned a Doctorate of Education in Administrative Leadership and Teaching from Walden University and is a member of the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi). She holds certifications in Elementary Education, Teacher of the Handicapped, Supervisor, and Principal.
When Dr. Ramsay is not researching and working hand-in-hand with staff at CIP, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and son, living the salt life.
